Jim and Nancy Tamulis founded Appraisal Master, Inc. in 2000 with the basic premise that real estate residential appraisals could be developed by professionals for other real estate professionals and the public and delivered in a very technological savvy manner but with very old-fashioned personal service at the same time.

Jim Tamulis, a real estate appraiser for over 20 years oversees the development of all reports including a very comprehensive review process. Each residential report is developed in conformity with the uniform standards of professional appraisal practice.

Nancy Tamulis is the director of operations at Appraisal Master, Inc. and oversees the everyday activities in the office including the overseeing of customer service. Lisa Pullis will be more then happy to answer any questions for our clients including status, delivery dates, etc.

We specialize in residential appraisal reports but over the years have generated numerous contacts in the appraisal world. If we do not deliver a particular appraisal product that you need, please let us know. Perhaps we can offer you a referral to someone else that does deliver that product.
